Sheela Sharma is the founder of Opsion. She is an operations expert with over 15 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare sectors, and has worked closely with senior executives to successfully implement strategic, operational, finance and people change as a COO.
Sheela launched Opsion in response to the need for cost-effective, high-performance, flexible senior operational capability, particularly in fast-growing SMEs, and has built an extensive network of COOs across a broad range of industries and sectors. Sheela’s passion for growing SMEs and their people extends to her work serving on boards and as advisor to social enterprises and diversity-focussed organisations. She holds a DPhil in Clinical Medicine from the University of Oxford.
Victoria Otamiri

Victoria Otamiri is a commercial executive with more than 10 years of expertise in operations, strategy and business development within the information industry and healthcare sector. She has an extensive track record of growing successful professional services businesses for companies including GE Healthcare and Thomson Reuters, specialising in commercial operations, innovation management and go-to-market planning.
Victoria is a strategic thinker who enjoys helping SMEs to grow and take their ideas to market. She is passionate about social impact and supports several start-ups as an angel investor. She holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
